Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and implement digital marketing activities to improve the companys online presence, visibility, and business growth.
• Perform

  Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  , including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content optimization, and website performance improvement.
• Conduct online research to identify potential customers, target companies, business opportunities, and relevant industry trends.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through search engines, business directories, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in managing website content, keyword strategies, and digital marketing campaigns to improve search engine rankings and attract relevant traffic.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and corporate clients through professional communication and regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up on business opportunities until order closure.
• Prepare professional emails, marketing content, reports, quotations, and other business documents.
• Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, lead generation, and digital marketing activities, and suggest improvements wherever required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, marketing activities, and sales follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications or certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Marketing will be preferred.

2. Good practical knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

   , including keyword research, search engine optimization, website optimization, and online lead generation.
3. Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and other SEO or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
4. Strong internet research skills and the ability to identify potential customers, companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

   , with the ability to communicate professionally through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
6. Good English writing skills for professional emails, website content, marketing material, and business correspondence.
7. Good typing speed and accuracy, with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Strong interpersonal, presentation, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
9. 05 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
10. Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, online research, or the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
11. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
