Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with strong knowledge of Digital Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility, generating business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Handle social media marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and online promotions.
• Manage brand positioning, marketing communication, and promotional activities.
• Drive lead generation through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize marketing ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence across relevant channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with Digital Marketing expertise.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently.
• Creative mindset with a business-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on digital marketing knowledge and the ability to manage end-to-end marketing activities. The candidate should be proactive, innovative, and focused on brand building, lead generation, and business growth.
