WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER – SORANO, COLABA, MUMBAI

We’re getting ready to bring Sorano to life, and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to be part of our journey.

Sorano is a contemporary Italian dining destination built around seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, thoughtful experiences and a distinctive approach to hospitality. We’re looking for someone who can turn this vision into a strong brand presence and make Sorano a must-visit destination in Mumbai.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive restaurant footfall.
• Plan digital campaigns across social media and other relevant platforms.
• Work with content creators, influencers, PR agencies and media partners.
• Plan restaurant launches, events, collaborations and special dining experiences.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Track campaign performance, customer engagement and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with the operations and community teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and brand building.
• Excellent communication, planning and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with a strong commercial understanding.
• The ability to turn ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable results.
