Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads and support business development.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets, and campaign schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
• Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and marketing communications.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and business partners when required.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communication channels.
• Track key marketing performance indicators and recommend improvements.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, and brand development.

Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and team management will be an advantage.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is preferred if the role supports Manju Groups' real estate business.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
