About the Role

Marketing Manager

execute media campaigns hands-on

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing

    • Own and operate Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) — planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling.
    • Drive lead generation and sales through structured testing, data analysis, and ROI optimization.
    • Expand into other paid channels (Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) as needed.
  • Marketing Management

    • Oversee a small marketing team (freelancers, agencies, or in-house specialists).
    • Manage creative production — graphics, videos, content — ensuring consistent brand identity.
    • Work with web developers/designers to maintain and improve company websites and landing pages.
    • Align marketing strategy with business goals across both the US and India operations.
  • Brand & Strategy

    • Build and refine the brand image, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Develop campaign strategies for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Ensure all marketing activities support the company’s sales objectives.

Required Skills & Background

  • Proven expertise in

    Meta Ads

    with experience running

    large-scale, results-driven campaigns

    .
  • Strong background in

    performance marketing & lead generation

    (B2C or solar/renewable energy experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders — freelancers, agencies, designers, editors, content writers.
  • Experience in

    brand building, content planning, and creative direction

    .
  • Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across US and India teams.
