Marketing Manager

1. Job Purpose

Stagemix Technologies is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, attract potential customers, generate quality leads, support sales growth, and enhance the company's digital presence. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, brand communication, lead generation, market research, budgets, and performance tracking in alignment with business objectives.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans, identify target customers and markets, and execute promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media platforms, brand communication, and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
• Oversee website content, SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and customer retargeting activities to improve online visibility and customer outreach.
• Generate and track leads, monitor lead quality, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, customer feedback, and conversion tracking.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and prepare regular reports to evaluate results and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including pricing, industry trends, and customer feedback, to identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Oversee branding and promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and advertisements, in coordination with the creative team.
• Coordinate marketing activities for product promotions, launches, exhibitions, events, and other business initiatives.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, Product/Technical, Creative, Website/IT teams, and Management to align marketing strategies, develop promotional content, manage campaigns, and achieve business objectives.

4. Tools and Platforms

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business/DoubleTick, email marketing tools, WordPress/CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

5. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, branding, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, social media management, website analytics, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
