Job Description

You will play a key role in driving digital marketing strategy and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI by leveraging data and insights. As the Manager of Data & Analytics within our DDN Marketing team, you will lead the analytics function to make data-informed decisions across digital, ecommerce, campaign performance, and customer engagement initiatives. Your strong analytical expertise, leadership experience, and collaborative mindset will be essential for partnering with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies to enable cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management. - Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer journey data (website & digital engagement data) and commercial data (such as POS, eCommerce data) to generate regular insights for the business. - Perform comprehensive market research to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. - Develop and refine target customer profiles based on firmographics and behavioral data. - Identify and evaluate potential applications for products with a focus on high-growth opportunities. - Own and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for performance tracking and business insights. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks. - Drive data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data. - Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on analytics priorities and share best practices. **Desired Skills:** - Accountability: Take responsibility for owned projects from beginning to end and hold others accountable. - Able to translate complex data into actionable insights that resonate with different audiences. - Proactive in sharing insights and best practices with cross-functional partners. - Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. **Qualification Required:** - Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience; or a PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent. **Additional Company Details:** Competencies: SET - Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers),
