Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of EV chargers by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed EV charger sales targets. - Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients such as real estate developers, businesses, and individual consumers. - Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. - Designing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility. - Performing regular market research to identify industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitor activities. - Preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. - Overseeing the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. - Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure timely installation and high-quality after-sales service. - Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, tracking pipeline progress, and reporting on marketing performance and ROI. - Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking forums to enhance brand presence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably within the EV, automotive, renewable energy, or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of the EV market in India, sustainable energy solutions, and relevant trends. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an advantage. - Ability to independently drive results and meet or exceed sales targets. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings and field activities.
