Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with mandatory experience in the plush toys, soft toys, or toy industry to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for plush toys, soft toys, and related products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building activities.
• Develop marketing strategies for B2B clients, distributors, retailers, and other business channels.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and product development teams.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product expansion.
• Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, product catalogues, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Prior experience in the toy, plush toy, or soft toy industry is mandatory.
• Knowledge of product marketing, brand management, and market research.
• Experience in B2B marketing and business development is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates currently or previously working with toy manufacturers, plush toy brands, soft toy companies, or toy distributors.
