The fastest growing categories of Automotive, Industrial, Outdoors needs a dedicated Marketing leader to scale White-spaces of Vehicles, Tyres, Solar Panels, MRO & Medical. We are looking for a customer obsessed, out of box thinker who is as comfortable with doling out new marketing approaches in a world that lives on Personalization, performance marketing driven by influencers and customers as they are with number crunching. Fluency with Amazon's leadership principles like think big, earn trust are must-haves for the leader to succeed while raising the bar on both thinking and delivery. , result-oriented marketing leader to lead discovery initiatives for all categories at a business unit level. Our mission is build ubiquitous and large offline heavy businesses online with understanding customer friction points and barriers, communicating the trust and convenience of online channels and therefore creating a best in class shopping experience for our customers and their seller partners. The role will own and drive1. Performance metrics for all Category assets2. Personalization strategy and the BU3. P&L line-items on marketing spends and monitoring efficiencies as a result4. Automation of marketing campaigns to reduce duplication5. Driving new traffic - NTAs, reducing relapse 6. Optimizing channel performance in conjunction with traffic channel owners and central Hardlines marketing team7. Working closely with vendor, seller partners to define and scale monetization and ads roadmapBASIC QUALIFICATIONS . MBA from IIM/ISB 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, program and/or product management. Experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a customer-facing online retail/services marketing or product management role
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
