Role Overview:

Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Lead
SEO strategy
to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
Oversee
website development
, maintenance, and performance
Create and manage
landing pages
for campaigns and lead generation
Develop and implement a
content strategy
across blogs, email, and social media
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms
Strong knowledge of
SEO best practices
and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
Proficiency in
WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
Experience with
landing page builders
(e.g., Unbounce, Instapage)
Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, visual coordination)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing
Experience in the
training or education sector
is a plus
