Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Professional to join our fast-expanding pathology lab, Maurya Labs, in Bihar. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will engage in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining customer relations, and driving sales growth for the organization. You will also manage customer inquiries and feedback to enhance overall customer experience and contribute to business development objectives. We currently have labs at Purnia, Katihar, Araria, Madhepura, Bhawanipur and Forbesganj. Very soon we will be starting our Labs at Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Siliguri and Patna. We are looking for Territory Managers ( Handling 2-3 Branches) and Marketing Executives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding market dynamics
• Experience in Sales and developing effective Marketing Strategies
• Ability to build client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver measurable results
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bihar
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Application or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is an advantage
