Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support content creation for social media posts, blogs, and promotional material.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Help organize and promote events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for marketing collaterals.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports/analytics.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to engage the target audience.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in lifestyle, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office, or similar tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
