Summary

We're hiring a content-first Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Ideate and produce content: Reels, carousels, founder posts, collabs.
• Own the weekly content calendar; ship on schedule with clear briefs.
• Write sharp copy (hooks, CTAs, captions) aligned with our voice.
• Edit short-form video (CapCut/Premiere) and design carousels (Figma/Canva).
• Measure performance (reach, saves, watch time, CTR) and iterate.
• Coordinate creator/campus collaborations and UGC spotlights.

Qualifications

• Must have:

  tangible content portfolio (Reels/carousels/copy).
• Strong storytelling, hook writing, and visual taste.
• Hands-on tools: CapCut/Premiere, Figma/Canva, basic analytics.
• Organized, outcome-focused, respectful communicator.
• Bonus: basic motion graphics, influencer ops, community management.

What success looks like (30/60/90)

• 30:

  Publish 35 assets/week; maintain calendar; hit baseline reach.

• 60:

  Lift saves & CTR via better hooks/edits; ship 1 small collab.

• 90:

  Repeatable content system with weekly insights + clear growth deltas.
