Marketing Intern

fast-growing personal care company dedicated to delivering innovative products and exceptional service. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in both Marketing and Human Resources functions.

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Support social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Human Resources:

• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Help with HR documentation and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or PG in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
