What Youll Own:

Ideate, produce, and publish scroll-stopping short-form Instagram content (Reels, Stories, carousels) that speaks in authentic Hindi/Hinglish and feels like it came from within the culture.

Write captions, on-screen copy, memes, and lingo that mix street voice, humor, and Kansmama attitudeplayful, a little offbeat, and always real.

Pitch and execute crazy / high-personality content concepts weekly; take them from idea to live without needing heavy hand-holding.

Grow organic engagement: spark conversations in comments/DMs, surface user-generated moments, and turn passive scrollers into community believers.

Remix trends through the Kansmama lensadd unexpected twists, subvert expectations, and take creative risks that feel earned.

Use native Instagram insights to test hooks, iterate formats, and double down on what moves the needle.

Collaborate directly with the brand lead; your voice influences the feed, tone, and what Kansmama says next.

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with a weird, vivid brainideas that others might shrug at but you can execute so they land.
• Fluent in Hindi and comfortable writing in Hinglish with natural, colloquial voice (no forced cool speak).
• Comfortable creating video content on mobile (shot + edit) tools like CapCut, InShot, or equivalent.
• Fearless in experimentation; youll try things that arent safe and learn fast from what works.
• Self-starter: you ship, you iterate, you dont wait for permission to create.
• Bonus mindset (not requirement): you get counterculture vibesthe relaxed, offbeat, slightly rebellious aestheticwithout it being performative.
