As a Salesforce Architect - Financial Service Cloud, your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of our clients" needs to create thorough configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes. Manage and oversee the sales and marketing functions with a primary focus on payment collection, sales reporting, customer visits, and key account management to drive domestic sales of specified products. Follow up for payment collection from domestic parties and monitor overdue accounts. Prepare daily sales reports and conduct quarterly/yearly sales analysis.
