Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures and case-based sessions on core and elective marketing subjects (e.g., Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management).
Develop course content, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
Guide students in projects, dissertations, internships, and real-world marketing simulations.
Contribute to curriculum enhancement and pedagogical innovation.
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in academic conferences.
Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.
Support institutional activities such as admissions, industry outreach, placement preparation, and academic audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (mandatory for full-time professor roles).
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute (mandatory for industry-focused/visiting roles).
Minimum 1 ] years of teaching or industry experience in marketing.
Strong academic publishing record or demonstrated industry contribution.
Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, etc., is a plus.

Digital fluency in marketing tools and techniques
