Key Responsibilities Marketing Executive (01 Year Experience)

1. Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various Marketing Tools.
  • Assist in running lead-generation campaigns specifically for B2C Training & Certification programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead quality

2. Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Generate high-quality enquiries for various training programs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand target audience profiles and lead requirements.
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows through email, WhatsApp, and re-targeting.

3. Social Media Management

  • Create and post content across all Social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, posts, reels, and promotional banners.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Prepare email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers.
  • Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and maintain audience segmentation lists.
  • Analyse open rates, click rates, and conversions to refine communication.

5. Content Coordination

  • Assist in writing short marketing content for ads, landing pages, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Work with trainers/SMEs to build compelling content for courses and webinars.

6. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain marketing data, track enquiries, and update CRM entries.
  • Share daily/weekly campaign performance reports with the Sales and Marketing managers.
  • Highlight trends and actionable insights.

7. Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Coordinate with the B2C Sales team to match daily lead requirements.
  • Understand upcoming batches, promotions, and priority courses to design timely campaigns.
  • Support sales initiatives with relevant creatives and promotional messaging.

8. Market Research

  • Track competitor campaigns, pricing strategies, and best-performing content trends.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for campaign themes, ad hooks, and marketing experiments.
