Role Objective

To support organizational growth by planning and executing structured marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, and generating qualified leads for IELTS and immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage digital platforms professionally, ensuring consistent branding and quality communication.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality student enquiries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting of marketing activities, leads, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the counselling and sales teams to improve lead conversion efficiency.

Required Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional attitude with the ability to represent the organization confidently.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic design tools).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance.
• Time management, discipline, and task ownership.
• Prior experience in the education or immigration sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or promotional role (preferred).
