Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Inbound Handling:Answering incoming calls from customers who have inquiries or need support, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions.
• Lead Generation and Qualification:Identifying potential customers, gathering information, and qualifying leads based on their needs and interest.
• Sales Closing:Persuading customers to make a purchase, scheduling appointments, or taking other actions that move the sales process forward.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including call details, sales leads, and customer feedback.
• Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Meeting Targets:Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales or engagement targets set by the company.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
