results-driven Marketing Strategist

This is a hands-on role not a supervisory or advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Meta-Focused)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with
clear performance targets
- Identify and test audiences, creatives, and funnels systematically
- Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, conversion rate, and MER
- Implement and manage tracking: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs
2. Creative Planning & Asset Production
- Develop high-impact ad creatives, banners, and campaign visuals
- Coordinate with designers/editors when required
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and platforms
- Create data-backed creative hypotheses and testing cycles
3. Content & Marketing Strategy
- Research D2C trends and provide insights on
content formats that convert
- Propose marketing ideas for
new collections, seasonal launches, and evergreen SKUs
- Support content planning across social, email, and paid channels
- Recommend UGC creators and manage sourcing when needed
4. Shopify & Technical Execution
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, apps, and basic CRO
- Improve PDPs, checkout flow, and customer journey performance
- Handle integrations, tracking, and basic troubleshooting
5. Email & Retention Marketing
- Set up and optimize automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Execute campaign calendars for launches and promotions
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
6. Growth Roadmapping & Analytics
- Build quarterly growth plans with realistic KPIs
- Analyze performance and present actionable insights
- Identify when to activate SEO, influencer marketing, and new channels
- Ensure decisions are driven by data not assumptions
Required Experience & Skills
25 years
in D2C marketing or performance growth (India market essential)- Demonstrated success scaling revenue not just managing ads
- Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and execution timing
- Proficiency in Shopify, tracking setup, and analytics tools
- Ability to create or direct production of
ad creatives and banners
- Excellent research and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion or jewelry categories
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Basic video editing or creative software skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience sourcing UGC creators and influencer coordination
- Understanding of Myntra ads (not mandatory)
Performance Metrics
You will be evaluated based on:
- Month-on-month revenue growth
- Reduction in CAC and improvement in ROAS/MER
- Increase in conversion rate and AOV
- Email revenue contribution and repeat purchase rate
- Successful testing and scaling of creatives
