Position Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Marketer and Content Creator who will help us bring Rich n Rich’s legacy to life online! Your job will be to create engaging, high-quality content that not only showcases our work but also tells the story of why Rich n Rich is a trusted name in beauty for more than three decades. From shooting videos in the salon to curating Instagram posts and everything in between, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about beauty, storytelling, and building an online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy:
• Develop and execute content strategies for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon services, client transformations, behind-the-scenes action, and day-to-day operations.
• Create engaging video content (e.g., tutorials, client transformations, styling tips, promotional reels, etc.).
• Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs (calls to action) to increase engagement.
• Video Production:
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos (e.g., reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) highlighting salon services, products, and customer experiences.
• Plan and execute video shoots within the salon with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Social Media Management:
• Post and schedule regular content across platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
• Monitor comments and messages across social media platforms, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust content strategy based on data to ensure growth and engagement.
• Brand Storytelling:
• Help tell the Rich n Rich brand story through visual content that captures the essence of the salon and its community.
• Share client success stories and testimonials to foster trust and attract new clients.
• Collaborations & Influencer Outreach:
• Identify and reach out to local influencers and bloggers to collaborate on promoting salon services.
• Organize giveaways, partnerships, or influencer events to boost online visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, and video production.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing tools).
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for design and aesthetic.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic SEO and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new trends.
• Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and personal branding.
