Marketing Executive

We re looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can undertake OEM customers for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be able to organize and planning the materials and logistics in order to ship the parts on time to respective customer locations across the globe that add to our company's brand value. Ideally, the candidate must have passion for the sales and marketing to interact with OEM customers to get orders frequently and monthly, have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to handle shipments and material planning.
ResponsibilitiesTo interact with OEM customers to obtain purchase orders and shipments planning.To prepare monthly sales schedule and monitoring receivable of parts on timeTo prepare packing list inline with the customer requirements and intimate plan for the productionKnowledge about customer portal handling and ASN creationLogistics planning and inventory managementPayments followup and receivable outstanding monitoringSAP Basics and MS office documentsExport documentation basics and keeping records for customsTo work with inter departments to obtain the scheduled parts on timeTo work with Logistics provider and shipping the parts on time to the respective locationsTo interact and maintain government tenders To create and plan for the Annual Business year over year To interact with the organization for planning materials in order ensure shipments happening on time.

Requirements

Proven experience as a marketing executive for 3 - 5 years or any other similar role.
Knowledge and proven experinece with OEM Marketing and customer relationship preferred.Good understanding of OEM market data analysis and statistics methods for data managementThorough knowledge of materials planning principles and logistics best practices.Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. SAP).Excellent communication and people skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Creativity and commercial awareness.B.E / B.Sc/B.A / B.com / MBA in marketing, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
