Meditrina Hospital, Kollam is inviting applications for the position of Marketing Executive – Referral Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Implement referral marketing strategies to enhance patient inflow.
• Organize outreach activities and medical awareness programs.
• Track and analyze referral trends and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with departments for seamless referral service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in referral marketing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Freshers with a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of outreach activities.
