The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the hospital’s medical services and specialties, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient footfall. The role involves building strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and community organizations, while supporting hospital growth through field marketing, outreach programs, and strategic partnerships.
The candidate will work closely with hospital management and clinical departments to understand service offerings, develop targeted marketing initiatives, and ensure effective communication of the hospital’s strengths and treatment outcomes. This role requires regular field visits, coordination of health camps and awareness programs, and monitoring of market trends and competitor activities.
The Marketing Executive is expected to meet defined marketing targets, maintain accurate records of referrals and leads, and represent the hospital professionally in all external interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical healthcare marketing practices.
