Additionally, you have a healthy customer database in the PCB department. You excel in presenting yourself with a positive attitude, impressive body language, and excellent communication skills. Your strategic planning abilities are well-honed, and you are proficient in using MS Office. Your main responsibility is to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding market share. You will focus on reaching out to potential clients within the electronics and technology sectors. Building and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective customers are crucial aspects of your role, where you must comprehend their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Collaboration with the design and production teams is essential to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of PCB products. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies is vital to sustain a competitive advantage in the PCB industry. Conducting market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities is part of your routine tasks. You will be preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, while also negotiating terms and finalizing deals. Participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events is encouraged to showcase our services and attract potential clients. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management team will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a UG degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Electronic (additional preference for Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Electronic degrees) along with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
