Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to drive student enrollment through effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand promotion. You will play a key role in shaping the brand image and increasing visibility of our programs both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote various courses (IAS, Banking, SSC, etc.)

Coordinate with coaching centers, colleges, and educational partners for student outreach programs.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events in schools and colleges across Odisha.

Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers.

Manage leads and follow up on student inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to align marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field( Graduates also allow).

1–3 years of experience in marketing (freshers can apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Odia, English, and Hindi.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
