Telecaller Executive โ€“ Sales & Customer Support Location: Bhubaneswar | Department: Sales/Customer Support Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote our offerings. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass; graduates in any discipline preferred. 0โ€“2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Odia is a plus. Ability to handle objections and persuade customers. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a target-driven environment. Benefits: Performance-based incentives.
