Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Direction & Coordination:

  Will not personally design marketing materials, but will guide our in-house designer by quickly conceptualizing campaigns. Based on instructions from senior management, you will turn marketing ideas into actionable plans on a very quick timeline.

• Rapid Execution:

  Speed is critical - Ensuring that marketing campaigns for specific products and time periods are rolled out swiftly so that promotional opportunities are never missed.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  Interface frequently with our sales team to identify key prospects and ensure they receive personalized marketing messages. Also work with our service call centre to amplify the reach of campaigns.

• Targeted Outreach:

  Since we are a B2B business focusing on a select group of prospects, you will manage targeted email, phone, and social media campaigns. Your role is to ensure that the right prospects are receiving the right messages at the right time.

• Follow-Up & Engagement:

  A significant part of your job will be following up with sales and ensuring that the marketing efforts are resulting in engagement. You will use our existing customer database to personalize outreach and keep track of campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fast thinker who can turn around marketing strategies quickly.
• Experience in B2B marketing, especially in coordinating multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social media).
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams and can tailor marketing messages based on sales insights.
• Manage and leverage a large customer database for targeted campaigns.
