Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive position based in Indiranagar, Bangalore, reports to the Marketing Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to drive admissions growth through client acquisition, strategic marketing, and relationship building. Your role will involve identifying and engaging prospective parents, feeder schools, corporates, and community organizations while enhancing the school's brand presence. As a Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will include identifying, connecting with, and converting prospective clients through networking, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement. You will be responsible for managing client mapping, lead generation, and CRM follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets. Additionally, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns both online and offline to support the admissions goals. Creating engaging content for social media, brochures, and event promotions will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to support the admissions process through tours, open houses, and parent engagement, as well as track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree in Marketing/Business or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong presentation ability are essential. You should be willing to travel extensively for client meetings, events, and partnership development. Experience in education or marketing will be preferred for this position.
