Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Next to DN Nagar Metro Station) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Our client is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in marketing, content creation, and design tools. This role involves managing our social media presence, producing engaging content including reels, coordinating with vendors for marketing materials, and contributing to brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content such as reels Write creative and compelling captions, posts, and campaign content Track social media trends and insights to refine content strategy Design marketing creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools Coordinate with external vendors/printers for marketing collateral and promotional materials Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and offline brand events Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms Requirements: Certification or training in graphic design or design software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Hands-on experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools Video creation/editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, etc. Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or social media-related role Experience with influencer collaboration, community engagement, or brand building Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics Perks & Benefits: Work with a fast-growing, socially-driven food brand Exposure to both digital marketing and offline branding campaigns Opportunities for creativity, learning, and career growth in a collaborative environment
