Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and setting up appointments with decision-makers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technology awareness, and a willingness to travel extensively based on scheduled meetings. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients who require our products and automation solutions, and related technology products. Generate quality leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other effective techniques. Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls and emails to schedule appointments with key decision-makers. Effectively present and explain our products and services to potential customers, clearly demonstrating their value. Convince potential clients by addressing their needs and providing suitable product solutions. Travel across states as needed to attend meetings and presentations with clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in technology-based products or services. Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, particularly interactive kiosks and automation systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management. Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on scheduled client meetings. Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed performance goals. Compensation Structure: Base Salary: ₹25,000/month. Attractive Incentive Slabs based on achievement of monthly targets: 100% and above: Additional incentives based on total sales achieved. 75%-99%: Base salary plus partial incentive.
