To support our expansion, we are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote our holiday packages on the ground.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Holiday Packages Field Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in outdoor/field sales or marketing. This role involves actively meeting potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and generating leads and bookings. The position includes TA (Travel Allowance) and DA (Daily Allowance) as part of the compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote domestic and international holiday packages to individuals, families, and corporate clients
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales
• Meet travel agents, corporate offices, educational institutions, and walk-in clients
• Distribute brochures, explain package details, and handle queries
• Attend local exhibitions, promotional events, and sales drives
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or field sales, preferably in the travel or tourism sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong interest in travel and tourism
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages

Pay: ₹9,217.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
