Marketing Executive - Event and Decor

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our Events & Décor team. The role involves promoting our event and décor services, driving client engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote event and décor services.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, videos) to showcase décor setups, event highlights, and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to generate leads and convert inquiries.
• Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and tie-ups with vendors/partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers, influencers, and event partners.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and client demands.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event management, weddings, or décor industry.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to think out-of-the-box for campaigns.
• Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Basic video editing is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in wedding/events/décor industry marketing.
• Networking ability with vendors, venues, and influencers.
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,851.99 - ₹35,786.12 per month
