Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals.
• Social Media Strategy: Monitor, update, and engage with followers on social media platforms, helping to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Client Liaison: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, and gathering feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure all marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (internships also considered).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying on top of the latest marketing trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
