Job Title: Marketing Executive – Construction

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s construction services, identifying potential clients, building brand awareness, and generating leads. The role involves both field and digital marketing activities aimed at driving sales and expanding the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial construction projects.
• Identify potential clients such as landowners, investors, and homebuyers.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and real estate agents for project partnerships.
• Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital ad campaigns.
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and property expos.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate referrals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• PUC Or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales/marketing targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
