Chisel Montessori is looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our wide range of services—including digital marketing, telecalling, and product branding. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital & offline).

Generate leads and connect with potential customers to explain services.

Promote the brand and services of through social media, field visits, and events.

Coordinate with telecalling, design, and sales teams for smooth execution.

Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Track marketing activities and report results to the manager.

Support in creating content for reels, posts, and promotional videos.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in marketing or promotions. Freshers with interest in marketing can apply.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Basic skills in Canva, content writing, or video creation are a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

Digital marketing awareness (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Field marketing and lead generation experience.

Local market knowledge in and around Chennai.

Creative thinking with a positive and energetic approach.
