Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Event Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and event execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on marketing experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple platforms and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to support business growth
• Manage WhatsApp API and WhatsApp Channel communications
• Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-ups
• Coordinate and manage business events, workshops, and meetups
• Handle member interactions and coordination
• Support internal marketing and coordination activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Basic understanding of Canva for marketing creatives
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates preferred (male candidates may also apply)
• Experience in marketing coordination, event management, or community management is a plus
