Marketing & Digital Officer

As a dynamic Marketing & Digital Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve maintaining the social media presence across all digital channels and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital activities. Key Responsibilities: - Developing Go-to-market strategies for novel banking technologies and products. - Building and fine-tuning business models and metrics to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. - Leading end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting, and analysis. - Identifying and evaluating emerging platforms and channels to drive new tests and growth initiatives. - Managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. - Working closely with management to establish and oversee monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, and building a B2B technology brand from scratch. - Expertise in digital marketing to drive traffic and planning across digital channels such as website, email, search, events, webinars, and mobile. - Proficiency in data mining for uncovering opportunities and actionable insights. - Skilled in managing media campaigns and using email marketing platforms. - Ability to develop a robust tracking and organization system for data-analytics and KPIs, fostering a data-driven culture within teams. - Experience in building and maintaining a network within banks, financial institutions, and consultants. - Strong work ethics and self-starter mentality. - Commitment to continuous learning and being proactive in professional development.,
