Job Profile: Marketing and Operation ExecutivePosition Summary

The Marketing and Operation Executive is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing activitiesincluding seminars, workshops, and eventsto create brand awareness, generate leads, and engage prospective students/clients. This role bridges marketing strategy with on-ground execution and requires excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns ( offline) to promote company services.
  • Manage social media, email campaigns, and local advertising for event outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and student groups.
  • Seminar / Event Management

  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on study abroad opportunities, career paths, or services.
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and college/university partners.
  • Handle registration, logistics, and feedback collection from attendees.
  • Client/Student Engagement

  • Address queries of students/parents during and after seminars.
  • Collect leads and follow up with interested participants for conversion.
  • Build a professional rapport with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Reporting

  • Research student trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
  • Provide regular reports on seminar attendance, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Suggest improvements for future marketing and seminar strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies (digital & offline).
  • Event management and coordination abilities.
  • Confidence in handling large groups of students/parents.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Canva or similar tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, student counseling, or event management preferred.
