As a Marketing Creative Specialist, you will bring a unique blend of design skills, marketing sense, and AI-driven creativity to the team. Your role will involve designing engaging visuals, contributing to social media strategies, and leveraging modern tools to create content that resonates with the audience. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves design and owning creative marketing channels. - Create visually compelling graphics for ads, social media, and sales collaterals with a strong consumer-first focus. - Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) for rapid storyboarding, design support, and content creation. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate briefs into impactful creative campaigns. - Contribute to social media creative strategy, ensuring brand voice and audience relevance across content. - Work with short-form videos, including basic editing and repurposing for campaigns. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and marketing innovations to keep creative output fresh. - (Bonus) Track performance of creative assets and iterate designs based on data.
