As the Marketing Creative Head at Green Hive Properties Pvt. Ltd. and Green Hive Hospitality LLP, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies to elevate the marketing and branding efforts of both the Asset Management, real estate, and hospitality sectors. Your responsibilities will include leading campaigns, content creation, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure consistent and effective promotion of our brands. Your primary focus will be on brand strategy and communication. You will be tasked with creating and implementing innovative strategies that align with the brands" vision and maintain a cohesive brand language across all platforms. Additionally, you will oversee the development and upkeep of all corporate and marketing communications to ensure a strong brand presence. In the realm of campaign and content development, you will drive the ideation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns. Your role will involve guiding the creation of engaging content in various formats such as visuals, videos, social media posts, and other marketing materials. You will also explore new communication channels to expand brand reach and engagement. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with teams in product development, sales, and digital marketing to convey a unified brand message. Furthermore, you will establish partnerships with external vendors like photographers, illustrators, printers, freelancers, and web professionals to support the creative process. As a leader, you will mentor and inspire the creative team, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your responsibilities will include evaluating team performance, creative output, and project processes to ensure high-quality execution. Effective management of the creative budget and resources to maximize impact and return on investment will also be crucial. Staying informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape will enable you to make informed creative decisions. Additionally, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using data-driven insights will help you refine strategies for optimal outcomes. Overall, your role will encompass creative direction and strategy, campaign development and execution, content creation, brand building, social media management, and performance analysis. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in a marketing or creative role, preferably in real estate or hospitality, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and successful marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools, excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with social media platforms and online marketing tools, and the ability to think creatively and strategically are essential qualities for this role. You should also be capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, requiring in-person work during day shifts.
