Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized person to handle sales and service coordination for Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar-Pardesh, Rajasthan. The role includes managing communication between the company, clients, and service partners to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

You will also support the marketing team by helping with campaigns, events, social media, and branding activities to increase brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with repairing/service centers across India to manage product repairs, replacements, and service timelines.
• Track and manage service requests to ensure timely resolution and compliance with company standards.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for service-based upselling or product replacement.
• Maintain accurate records of service center activities, repair reports, and sales follow-ups.
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure availability and dispatch of spare parts/products.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance, sales activities, and regional performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service center partners to improve efficiency and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,263.94 - ₹25,000.00 per month
