What we are looking for:

Role: Marketing Cloud Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Intern to help us power the next wave of digital engagement for flagship institutions and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This internship offers the opportunity to work on real-time customer engagement journeys through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation tools. This internship is your chance to get hands-on with enterprise tools, dive deep into segmentation and analytics, and see how smart campaigns can shape the experience of lakhs of students at scale.

What Youll Do

• Build, test, and schedule campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, , Content Builder, Journey Builder, Einstein Analytics and much more)
• Design and optimize customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions with multi-channel communication triggers
• Segment audiences smartly and ensure CRM data syncs seamlessly
• Configure and test dynamic, personalized content across channels
• Dive into analytics: track opens, CTRs, conversions, engagement trends, and report actionable insights to optimize performance
• Support campaign attribution, ROI analysis, and dashboard reporting for leadership visibility
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, marketing, and content teams to ship & steer campaigns at speed and scale

Our Ideal Candidate

• Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud with awareness on industry best practices
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus (Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, CSVs, SQL basics preferred) and have a knack for spotting patterns
• Exposure to SFMC or other CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mautic) is a plus
• Curious and self starter mindset with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn
