Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with re-targeted leads via calls, WhatsApp, and IVR campaigns to drive enrollment.
Design and execute email campaigns to re-engage and convert leads.
Analyze re-targeting processes and develop new strategies to improve conversions.
Maintain accurate lead records, campaign outcomes, and CRM updates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align re-targeting with business goals.
Track campaign performance, suggest improvements, and stay updated on industry trends/tools.
