Marketing Assistant / Sales Coordinator

You are invited to join Riyoadvertising as a Marketing Assistant / Sales Coordinator in Mumbai. Your role will involve efficiently processing new sales leads, responding to inquiries with professionalism, generating sales reports, and managing correspondence between the sales team and clients. You will also be responsible for tracking sales targets and providing regular progress updates. Additionally, you will support the sales team by providing data insights and managing scheduling. Key Responsibilities: - Process new sales leads efficiently. - Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. - Conduct pre-sales follow-up and monitor inquiry progression. - Generate sales reports and provide data insights to support the sales team. - Manage and track correspondence between the sales team and clients. - Monitor customer accounts and maintain an accurate record of interactions. - Support the sales team by providing data and regular progress updates. - Track and report on sales targets. - Answer phone calls and manage scheduling for the sales team. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate in any stream, BBA, BMS, or BMM. - Experience & Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and long-term relationship-building abilities.
