Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This hybrid role is based in Patna, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with customer service, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to sales initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will also maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities.

• Strong Communication skills to support internal and external interactions effectively
• Proficiency in Market Research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to provide support and foster client relationships
• Sales and Marketing expertise to contribute to campaign initiatives and organizational goals
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to marketing and customer relationship management is a plus
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
