About the job: We're hiring: Marketing & Sales Specialist (SEO + demand generation + lead booking). Balaji Engineers is growing, and we're on the lookout for a results-driven Marketing & Sales professional who can take ownership of our digital presence and bring in qualified leads. If you live and breathe SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn strategy, outbound lead gen, and know how to convert that into booked sales calls, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities: 1. Work on website & SEO optimization. 2. Handle LinkedIn & outbound campaigns. 3. Handle B2B content & email strategy. 4. Work on booking qualified discovery calls. 5. Build a repeatable marketing + sales engine. Note: Compensation: 3-6 LPA + performance-based incentives per conversion. We're a fast-moving cloud consulting company helping startups and SMBs scale securely on AWS. You'll work directly with the founder (me) and get to build from the ground up.
