JOB OPENING: Marketing & Sales Executive – Transformer Division

Position: Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–5 years (preferably in industrial/technical sales)

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with clients (utilities, PSUs, private companies, EPCs).
• Promote and pitch power and distribution transformers, core-coil assemblies, and related products.
• Visit client sites and government offices for enquiry follow-ups and tender discussions.
• Handle online portals (GEM, Tenders India, DISCOM tenders) for bid submissions.
• Collaborate with the production and design team for technical documentation and pricing.
• Prepare marketing content, catalogs, and social media posts (with basic digital marketing knowledge).
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and ensure after-sales follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of transformer products and B2B industrial sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and tender portals is a plus.
